A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment as specified in the quotation.
The advance amount is used to secure hotels, vehicles, permits and other travel services. Certain services may become non-refundable once booked.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received.
| Cancellation Received | Cancellation Charge |

| 7-3 days before arrival | 80% |
| Less than 72 hours before arrival | 100% |
| No-show / trip not undertaken | 100% |
| Cancellation after commencement of trip | 100% of applicable non-refundable/unused services |
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and any non-refundable amounts charged by hotels, transport providers, permits or other suppliers.
The above cancellation slabs are indicative of the agency's cancellation charges. If a hotel, transport operator, activity provider or other supplier imposes a higher or non-refundable cancellation charge, the actual supplier charge may be deducted from the customer's refund.
Certain hotels, transport operator and services may have 100% non-refundable rates, particularly during peak seasons.
For bookings during high-demand periods such as Christmas, New Year, Durga Puja, Diwali, long weekends and other peak season periods, different cancellation conditions may apply.
Any special cancellation conditions will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
Sikkim and Darjeeling are mountainous destinations and travel may occasionally be affected by heavy rain, landslides, snowfall, road closures, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the agency's control.
The agency cannot guarantee a refund for services that have already been consumed, blocked, paid for or made non-refundable by suppliers.
Travel to certain areas of Sikkim may require permits and may be subject to government restrictions.
If access to a destination is restricted by the government or local authorities, the agency will attempt to provide an alternative itinerary wherever practical.
Any refund will depend on the amount recoverable from the relevant service providers.
No refund will normally be provided for services voluntarily unused by the customer after commencement of the trip, including:
Hotel nights
Meals
Transportation
Sightseeing
Permits
Activities
Any other prepaid service.
If a supplier provides a refund for an unused service, the recoverable amount will be passed on to the customer after applicable deductions.
If the customer fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point or hotel without prior written notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will generally be non-refundable.
Requests to change travel dates will be subject to hotel, vehicle and other supplier availability.
Any additional charges arising from a change of travel dates will be payable by the customer.
Postponement is not automatically treated as a cancellation and is subject to the availability and cancellation policies of the respective suppliers.
Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be processed within 15-30 working days after the agency receives the applicable refund from its suppliers.
Bank/payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The agency shall not be liable for failure or interruption of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, floods, earthquakes, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, road closures or other force-majeure events.
In such situations, the agency will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer with alternatives or rescheduling, subject to supplier availability and applicable charges.
Payment of the booking advance shall be deemed as acceptance of the quotation, itinerary, terms and conditions, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
